My fiancee Sarah and I recently took possession of our first home, and Rebecca was indispensable through this process. Admittedly, we were not the easiest clients to deal with; We had never bought a house before - we had lots of questions, and very little understanding of the process. We were moving from BC to Red Deer, and we were only able to spend a couple of hours each over three days looking at houses. Our budget allowed us to choose from the vast majority of houses for sale in Red Deer. Finally, Sarah is a very emotional buyer, where as I am a very analytical buyer. Rebecca took the time to really learn and understand what we were looking for, and gave us a lot of guidance in buying our first house. On the day we were ready to make our decision and write the offer, I had another 5 houses to look at before driving seven hours to work. Rebecca was a great help at this time. Knowing my schedule, she scouted these houses in advance, and let me know which ones would be a waste of time. Sarah was not with me to look at the last few houses, when I had made up my mind, the first thing Sarah asked was "Does Rebecca like the house?". We trusted her so much, Rebecca was the an integral person in the biggest decision of our lives. Rebecca knew it was the house, and two months later, keys in hand, Sarah walked into her house and fell in love. If I am ever in the real estate market again, Rebecca will be the first, and only, person I call. If you are looking for your dream house, Rebecca should be the first person you call.
